1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of bwm4d is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. bwm4d does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Platform Operator makes no representation that access to bwm4d is lawful in your specific location.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the Platform Operator is prohibited from offering services by its licensing authority.
4. You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
5. You have not previously been excluded from bwm4d or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through operator-initiated closure.
6. You are not an employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of bwm4d or any of its affiliated studios, suppliers, or technology partners.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register exactly one (1) player account on bwm4d. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration. bwm4d reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you choose to activate. All activity occurring under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity, regardless of whether you personally initiated it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact bwm4d support immediately.

The KYC verification process must be completed before the processing of any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo identification — for Indonesian players, a valid Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) national identity card or a valid passport is accepted.
• Proof of current residential address — a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months.
• A clear, unobstructed selfie photograph for facial-match purposes.

bwm4d may request additional verification documentation where required by its licensing obligations or where unusual account activity is identified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bwm4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of each transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful bank confirmation. bwm4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which bwm4d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that is registered in your name — consistent with the identity documents submitted during KYC. bwm4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days following the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. The Platform Operator reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, and processing times may be extended during peak periods or where a verification check is outstanding.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds held in your account are subject to their own wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable turnover conditions have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bwm4d offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all bwm4d promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them upon expiry.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake towards wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate; certain game categories may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• bwm4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, and to void bonus awards where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly permit stacking of bonuses.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the bwm4d platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within each product section and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are accepted subject to the Platform Operator's sole discretion. bwm4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and a bet slip reference number has been issued, the bet is binding on both the Player and bwm4d, subject to the outcome of the relevant event or game round.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. These limits may vary by market, fixture, and account status.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error during the placement of a wager, bwm4d will use its transaction logs to determine the valid status of the bet. No bet is considered accepted until a confirmation reference has been recorded in our systems.
• For sports betting markets, bwm4d follows widely accepted international sporting rules for the settlement of all markets. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full accumulator to pay out. If any selection is void, the bet is recalculated as a parlay of the remaining selections at the prevailing odds.
• Asian Handicap and voor bola (handicap) markets are settled according to the final result of the relevant match including any injury time played, but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless explicitly stated in the market description.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. bwm4d reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice, particularly around goal events, red cards, penalty decisions, or other significant match incidents.
• For togel (numbers lottery) markets, draw results are taken from the official draw source published by the relevant lottery operator. Results recorded on bwm4d are final once published and confirmed against the official source.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the bwm4d platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bwm4d.
• Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature of the Services.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct that distorts the outcome of a sporting event or casino game for betting advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will not be paid.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or accepting wagers from other players (acting as a private bookmaker) using bwm4d account infrastructure.
• Using the platform in connection with any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme. bwm4d maintains an active Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring program and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization tool with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or obscure your true identity or location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bwm4d support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bwm4d platform — including but not limited to the bwm4d brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, software, text, images, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of the Platform Operator or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from the Platform Operator.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used on the platform.
• Create derivative works based on bwm4d's intellectual property or brand assets.
• Use the bwm4d brand, name, or logo in any marketing, social media content, or public communication without express written authorisation.

9 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by bwm4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, bwm4d collects only the personal data strictly necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC obligations, and fulfil licensing requirements. Your data is held on secure, encrypted servers and is never sold to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any legal retention obligations that prevent immediate deletion.

10 Responsible Gaming

bwm4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. The following tools are available to every registered player through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwm4d and the Platform Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits resulting from technical failures, data errors, or unauthorised access to your account.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any feature thereof.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement calculations — where a manifest error is identified, bwm4d reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct price or result.
• Actions taken by payment providers, banks, or e-wallet operators that delay, reverse, or decline transactions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, promotional content, or market analysis provided on the platform.

The Platform Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bwm4d account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bwm4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

Termination by the Player. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no suspicious activity flag is active on the account.

Termination by bwm4d. bwm4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed by bwm4d due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in its entirety. Where closure is for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player following any applicable investigation period.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with your use of bwm4d shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform Operator is incorporated and licensed. The Platform Operator operates under an international online gaming licence issued by its licensing authority.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted under the laws of your home jurisdiction, including the laws of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction before using the platform. The Platform Operator makes no representation as to the legality of the Services in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and bwm4d that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against bwm4d.

14 Amendments

bwm4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification displayed upon your next login, or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or to prevent fraudulent exploitation of a newly identified vulnerability.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a closure request before the effective date of the changes.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms & Conditions were most recently updated. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
